  • At Lumberly, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we operate under the following return and refund policy:

    1. Custom Orders

    • As all our pieces are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on our products unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

    • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss possible solutions.

    2. Faulty or Damaged Items

    • If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

    • Please send clear photos and a description of the problem to [your email/contact form link] within 48 hours of receiving the item.

    • Depending on the nature of the damage, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.

     

    3. Non-Custom Items

    • For non-custom, in-stock products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

     

    4. Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, materials and work may have begun, and cancellations may not be possible.
